Can I get a concession discount?
HotHouse Theatre offers concession priced tickets to children, pensioners, seniors, unemployed and full time students at a whopping 30% discount on the full price of a ticket.
Relevant details must be provided at the time of booking.
Do we get a discount for a group booking?
Yes, HotHouse offers generous discounts for social club groups or for those people with lots of friends. Contact the Box Office to discuss your needs.
Is there GST on my ticket?
No, GST is not payable on your HotHouse Theatre tickets under a ruling from the Australian Tax Office that takes into account the cost of producing a show vs the amount of box office return.
Can I get a programme for the show?
Yes, HotHouse Theatre produces comprehensive programmes for all of its shows.
What if the night I had picked to attend in my subscription no longer suits?
HotHouse Theatre offers free ticket exchange which allows you to change your tickets for another night with a minimum of 24 hours notice (subject to availability).
Is there easy disabled access to the theatre?
Yes, the entrance to The Hume Building Society Butter Factory Theatre Wodonga is all on the flat and the lower entry door to the theatre comes directly off the foyer. The Hume Building Society Butter Factory Theatre Wodonga is listed on the Register of Disabled Access.
Can I give a Subscription as a present?
Of Course! A Subscription Season package has something for everyone and makes the perfect gift.
Is it allocated seating?
For any show that HotHouse Theatre presents at the Hume Building Society Butter Factory Theatre Wodonga, the seating is not allocated. This means that you can sit with your friends even if you haven't all booked together. It is first in, best dressed… although all the seats are good!
Can you hold my tickets for me?
Tickets cannot be held without payment. Once you have paid we can hold them for you so that you can pick them up from the theatre.
How can I pay for my tickets?
You can book and pay over the phone with a credit card or come into the office and pay by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS.
What hours is the box office open and where do I come for tickets?
Box office is open at the HotHouse Theatre office, Gateway Village, Gateway Island, Wodonga from 9.30 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and, on show nights at The Hume Building Society Butter Factory Theatre, also at Gateway Village from 7.30pm.
