Mentor Program

The aim of the mentor program is for visiting artists and the permanent staff to plant seeds in the community that may continue to flourish beyond the completion of any particular project, allowing HotHouse to support and promote the growth of local creative and management skills.
It is a significant professional development opportunity for those new and emerging artists embracing the professional performing arts as a career. In the past, successful mentorships have occurred in the fields of directing, writing and design.
HotHouse Theatre also believes that successful mentoring partnership cannot be forced and so each must be carefully negotiated. If you are interested in applying for a position on the mentor program please email info@hothousetheatre.com.au
