Some members of the Murray Arts Team were in attendance at last night’s opening of SHIT’s season at the Hume Bank Butter Factory Theatre. Tickets are still up for grabs and given the below testimonials, we really think you should prioritise getting yourself along to see SHIT. Closes this Saturday evening.

Alyce Fisher, Executive Director of Murray Arts
SHIT is raw, powerful, confronting piece of contemporary Australian theatre that will leave you questioning so much about the society that we live in. The performances by the 3 actors are impeccable and enabled the audience to feel so much empathy for these characters who really had drawn the SHIT end of the stick of life. Big congratulations to the SHIT team for this outstanding and commanding view into a world that so many of us will never have an opportunity to understand.

David Thurley, Murray Arts Board Member & AlburyCity Councillor
HotHouse Theatre you’ve done it again. SHIT was a fantastic show; raw and savage and the 3 actors were brilliant. Body language and intonation were so spot on. The lighting and the set were amazing and added suspense and darkness to what was a grim tale.
After the River at the End of the Road and Mother’s Ruin I wondered how you could better them but this is up there. Congratulations!
